Rolling 12 months charting

I need to chart rolling 12 months. I have tried (see attached application). The results in the application actually break the rolling 12 months for Aug 2015 into monthly figures which is not want i want. I want each month-year to show actual rolling 12 months, so the figure shown in the totals of the straight table ($1,516,048.74 should be the rolling 12 months for Aug 2015. How can this be done?

Gysbert, the Accumulations article helped very much and i had to do prior transformation of my data at load time.
