personal edition version problem

Hi All,

Have a nice day.

Present i am using trail version qlikview 11.2 SR12.

By using this version i had developed one application.

Now i am trying to open that file but it is showing following error

The problem is:

"" I have client demo day after tomorrow "

what can i do.

there is any possibility

uninstall and again install new version of qlikview ,can i open that application.

Please help me,

Hi,

Currently you are using a personal edition.

You cannot open the dashboard created by others or from different system.

To lease the license your user id should be added in Named Cal list in qlikview server (QMC).

Hi,

It will allow you to open the dashboard created by others or from different system only for first 5 times.

I hope the dashboard you are trying to open is created by others. right?

But it seems like qlikview has tagged the document you opened is not owned by you.

Hi,

If you opened the Dashboard with different user IDs then it will not open after 4 times.

Check this link there is info on this

Discussion about the issue that users cannot open saved file with Personal Edition

You can try uninstalling Qlikview and clearing all registries related to Qlikview and then install Qlikview.

Hi Ram,

you can open application max 5 times only and that to if you developed that application.

If possible better to develop one more time.I hope it is not a good idea but u said it is client demo purpose and don't close your qvw file .stay on the same machine and stay on the same session
