My document don't open and show these errors:

Hi,

I think you do not have permissions to open the document (directly).

Try opening the document via "In Server" (or via the Access Point).

Click on reply.

Click on "Used Advanced editor", found in the top right corner.

You will now find an "Attach" option in the bottom right corner of the editor screen.

Hi Elham Kabir,

Interesting observation... apparently when you reply to a topic you do not get the "Use advanced editor".

My guess is this has to do with some threshold the community team has setup after a recent spam attach.

I am going to ask the team members about this. Sorry for the inconvenience so far.

Edit...:

But wouldn't the same way as you now inserted that image in your post also work for your log file?

You might need to only copy-paste a part of the content anyway.

To use the 'advanced editor', you need to open the thread in the browser, not using the reply from within the inbox.

Follow this link to your thread

Then click on 'Use advanced editor', then on 'Attach'

Unfortunately not, i redesigned it but i learn to get backup from now on.
