Application time out issue. Reconnecting

Hi,

I have encountered the time-out error after 5-6 mins when I am viewing any qlikview document.

Here is the setting value that I have configured each level --

1) In QMC, "Maximum Inactive Session Time" -> 6000 sec and "Possible Session Timeout" -> 6000 sec

2) In Config file of Application Server, <QvsTimeout>6000</QvsTimeout> <SessionCookieTimeOut>3600</SessionCookieTimeOut>

3) In Document properties(QV document) - Server tab, "Refresh Mode when Document is updated on server" set as the LOV -- "Client initiates refresh. If Old data not kept in server or client too old, refresh will be performed automatically"

AND

"Maximum Inactive Session Time" set as 6000 sec

But still the document "Reconnecting....." message is popping out after 5 mins time has elapsed for an active document which is opened from web browser. Could you please let me know if any other configuration is required to make the document active until 6000 sec.
