Chart Table fixed rows with Page numbers

Hi There

I am looking for create a chart table/ Straight Table with fixed number of rows when open.

After opening it should show page numbers and allow users to navigate from pages.

e.g When opening first 100 records on page 1, page 2 will show 101-200 and so on...
