Listbox with filtered values in different Sheets

Dear QV Experts,

I have a list box, Metrics, with Values [ Dollar, Each, Case] in one sheet.

The same list box, Metrics to be shown in next sheet with Values only [Dollar, Case].

Without creating a new list box, is it possible. Can you please suggest me?

Copy from sheet 1 and paste it as a link on another sheet(Right Click).

There is only one data model underlying all sheets in your QlikView app.

A list box on the Metrics field will show the same values regardless of which sheet it is on.

HI,

Could you choose <expression> at the bottom list, when creating a new list box,

Then use something like IF(Metrics <> 'Each',Metrics)?

Hi Sasi,

you can copy the existing object onto any other required sheets. Just click of the caption bar of your list box, then press the CTRL key and drag the opbeject to the tab of the second sheet and let go.

And if you really want a single object. Put the expression in a variable and when opening sheets, change the expression through an action.
