topic Filtering a chart on a aggregated calculation? in QlikView

Have a chart with loads of different sums and counts (and calculations pertaining to profit and projected sales and so on) in relation to products we sell. This includes a Category for each product that is derived from some of these calculated fields (e.g. "Increase Price", "Clear Stock", that sort of thing). And that works fine.

But I need to be able to produce a table listing just the products that are returned on the final derived Category so that it can be scheduled to go out automatically each day via NPrinting. And I cannot figure out how to do this.

I've even tried to build the entire calculated field into a Dimension and if it fails to return the value I want get it to return a null and tell it ignore nulls, but it doesn't seem to treat the aggregated calculations the way I'd expect them to in the Dimension. I don't know if there's a reason why that it is?

Anyway - any bright ideas or help would be very much appreciated!

Well that's hard to answer without knowing your data / model and the dimensions and expressions used in your original chart.

Could you upload a small sample QVW (maybe with mock data, but it should represent your setting)?

Thanks for replying. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you I was unexpectedly called away. Whilst I was away I've mulled it over and figured out another way of doing it anyway...

But thanks anyway!
