Does your document have Section Access?

If yes, have you added the QDS service account to your section access table with access to all data?

Hey,

Did you assign the correct order of load? For instance, if you have a QVD Generator loading after the Front End, you may have none data in the Front End, where this dashboard is where you see your data. Perhaps this hint help you:

Hey,

But i cann't see any QDS service in my servies section.

I have:

1: QMS,

2: QVS

3: QVWS

4: DSC

5: Reload Engine

What about ur log file?

Have you checked it to see whether the complete script is running or throwing any errors?

QDS is the QlikView Distribution Service (Reload Engine).

Have you enabled the Document log in the document properties, the log will help by showing whether the load was successful and how many rows were loaded at each stage.

Ohk, so u mean to say that the reload engine service under Services section is the QDS service ?

Hi,

I think yours Qvd Creators are not functioning or fetching the data. Please check them manually in qv server you will find the solution and also reload your applications manually .

Hey,

Thanks but everything is working fine. I think i may not have make myself clear. What i want to say is when i reload my file successfully and went to logs i can see that a statement is writen document loaded without data so why is that?

Plz see attached snapshot for more clarity.
