Creating an average variable in the Load Script

Hi Qlik Community!

Here's my issue: I want to create a variable (vExchangeRate) that takes the average of the EUR:USD exchange rates of the last 30 days.

I have a Forex Table in my data model like this:

Then I want to use this variable in a chart to calculate some fees. How could I do this in the Load Script? Is there a better way? I've though of Set analysis but would like to do it in the Load Script.
