Hi Community,

One of the task is taking long time to complete but when I check on Task details - Running but on Task history - Competed so which one I should consider in this case.

Why do you think it takes long time when looking on the Task Details tab? How much longer do you think?

Hey Priya,

This happened to me as well. However, I normally check the log file of the .qvw file in the server. That should help you.

Generally It takes 1 t0 2 mins

Generally it takes less time.. but today still running... but on history tab its completed.. so is it running or complete if completed then other tasks also completed(Depended tasks on this task)?

Have you reloaded the browser?

I've seen sometimes that the information shown was not up to date, a reload in the browser should fix that.

(Have you checked the automatical reload option on the lower right of task window?)

Automatically reload option has enabled...still closed browser and opened again

checked log and its finished ... if its successfully completed then other dependent tasks also completed?

No, separate .qvws have separate logs.
