Linking tables

Dear Experts;

I have a table containing the items info another containing customers info and a table for the transactions header and a table for transactions details.

If an item has no sales yet it is not appearing; once a transaction is done on an item it appears.

What should I do to see the item even if no transaction is done yet?

The chart your are using will by default settings eliminate so-called null-values. This is what you get in your chart even if the dimension is not a null-value since the customer would be that - but there is no corresponding transaction value. What you have to do is to check/uncheck the right options in the chart properties on the presentation tab

Look for SUPPRESS MISSING and SUPPRESS ZERO-VALUES:

for Dimension item you can define "Show all values"
