Hi Community,

I am getting above error when I tried reload qvd with one of exisiting qvw. If I try to reload with new qvw then I am not getting the error.

Both QVW use the exact same script?

No... with empty QVW I have tried it succeed...

Hi,

Check the log file. It will give u a clue about what's going wrong.

Both QVD and QVW are in the same folder?

What do you mean by empty QVW?? you mean without loading any data in the qvw you performed reload??

Without loading data when you performs reload ,you won't get error. There is a error might be in loading your QVD. Check the path as well as fields which were not renamed. As Tamil Suggested please check once in the Logfile.

Hi,

Check whether the QVD file exists in the given path or if you are using STORE command check that path is exists.

Hi Priya,

can u pls check first Debug(in Edit script) .if debug gives records there is no issue else it is some syntax error.

like incorrect path,or else field name error .

if u didn't find solution then please send sample file with dummy data.then we will give the correct solution

Hi,

If you share your script then there would be more understanding of what's happening in the script. By the look of the error message, there is a condition in the script which checks something and then present you with an option to either reload OLD DATA or EXIT script.

So post sample of your script

Hi Priya,

try to attach the log file.

To activate it, go to Settings --> Document Properties --> General --> check Generate Logfile flag, then reload and look at the error, if you'll not understand where the issue is, post the result of log file here.
