On Demand report buttons on Access Point

Test Server: App1 qvw

nPrinting Server: App1.nsq

In order to give App1.qvw on-demand functionality, I opened the app on the nPrinting server, applied the functionality and then saved it back to its test server.

Now I am opening the App1.qvw again on the nPrinting server from its test server and all functionality works. It runs its report as it should do.

However, I cannot see these On-demand buttons on Access Point.

Access Point runs off the test server.

I see <<unknown charttype>> when I open it on Access Point.

Anyone any ideas why this is not working?

Hi David,

Install the QlikView NPrinting On-Demand Extension Objects on the test server. You don't need to install NPrinting Server, just the On-Demand Extension Objects. See NPrinting On Demand Object installation
