Print selected values in Nprinting

Hi All,

I have a list of Employees and a listbox containing their departments which can have multiple selections.

Question how do you filter in NPrinting to print only the selected persons within the selected departments in a report, say only the ones in HR and Finance.

I already have an Excel Template and separated each tab into departments through Page but I only want the 2 departments specified.

Hi Kim,

If you know which departments you want in your report before hand, you can create a filter and apply it to the report.

If you want to filter the report based on user selections in a QlikView document you need to use On-Demand:

Looks like On-Demand is the way to go for me as the report will be based on User selections.
