Hi All,

I have just installed the server succefully and i find that the Access point and QMC are working fine ,

But when i have assigned Document CAL to one user , and asked him to login through his windows credentials , the user can Access the Acceess point but not able to login .

Can please someone suggest me where I need to make the corrections ?

Every time an User enters the user id and password and hits the enter the screen again returns to the loging page

Can some one please suggest me ?

do you apply cals to users ?

I have applied Document CAL to user there are totally 60 users who need to access this document over the access point . Iam really doing this first time

Note that Windows Authentication through AccessPoint are handled behind the scenes if everything has been configured. The user's name should be displayed at the upper right corner of AccessPoint. Check with the users to see if they can see their name at the top right corner of AccessPoint.

Hi Kwok

After assigning the Document CAL to user i asked him to check over the link after entering the USer name and Password it just goes off , he is not able to login .

Whatever we enetr the username and password will become blank after hitting enter
