    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi dears&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have to applications which one of them is using aggregated values. i want to let user to click on a link in this application to lunch the second one which is using direct discovery to load any details of data asked by user. i want to know if using second of by a special user affects on performance of other applications for that user. and does it affect on load performance and speed for other users on other applications?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mana&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; significantly affect the perfromance of other applications &lt;EM&gt;unless a memory/CPU bottleneck is caused, &lt;/EM&gt;which could actually affect globally and not just that user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
