My google analytics report is not running from past 4 weeks..May i know how to update the licence in qv source

Actually the issue is qv source licence is expired on few days back and we brought the licence from qv source..after that also the google analytics report is not running and it shows its't licensed.

We made a contact with them ask about this..they told its licensed and they send us an reference copy also.

My question is if we need do an refresh to update the license ..if so where i need to refresh that and how i need to do that.

Please elaborate in detail.

Have you updated the licence in the QV server? if So restart the server once.

To update the QV source licence properly, please follow the steps mentioned in the below link:

Can you confirm that you have installed the updated licence we sent as per these instructions?

we did't purchase the new license we renewal the license ....for this also we need to install license at qv source prompt tab?
