Hi ,

I need to show only sub totals in bold ,can any one explain me.

First enable design grid (View | Design Grid). Then right click on the subtotal line and select Custom Format Cell. Check the Bold option and select Current Expression in the Apply Change to box.

1. click on settings then User Preferences then go to Design Tab. Tick the 'Always Show Design Menu Items' checkbox at lower right corner

2. Right click on pivot table and select 'Custom Format Cell'

3. Select Subtotal / Total and change the Text Settings accordingly
