Is their a short cut or way to make all the objects to set to not moveable at a time?

hi,

you can set document properties--->Layout---> optios-->chek the options allow move or copy ...by that for that document you will nt allowed to move or copy objects.

Hi benny, right-click in any empty space to open sheet properties.

In security tab you can uncheck 'Move/adjust sheet objects' ad check the box 'Apply to all sheets'

This will set the same security for all sheets, take care if any sheet needs a custom security configuration.

Hi,

Another solution is to open Sheet Properties -> Tab Security, Uncheck "Move/Size Sheet Objects" then "Apply to All Sheets".

If you use Section Access this property will only be applied to Users.

Hello Benny,

You can also got to sheet properties (Ctr+Alt+S) -> Objects Tab -> Select all the Objects -> Go to Properties -> Layout Tab -> Uncheck Allow Move/Size -> Then click Ok and Apply.
