    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Here is my question.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Often when dealing with excel you will create a new directory on the server and copy in relevant files; then use qlikview to compile the result.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;In order to do this you have a screen of variables you can change.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;At some point this gets very long and Qlikview is not very good at this when using input boxes to store long names or make new directories using VBscript because you dont have cells like excel,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;What do people do when you get into alot of variable?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Do you create an excel pop up sheet to do the complex work like directory tress and copying files into it?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Neil.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
