I would like to hide client account number and only display name like second image.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you talking about the list box or chart ? in list box you can have only one field at a time ..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if its in chart &amp;gt;straight table&amp;gt; go to chart properties &amp;gt;Presentation&amp;gt;select the field and check the hide option &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
