It had been working perfectly, but all of a sudden I select get project from source control or add project to source control, I get the hourglass for a few seconds, then nothing. The msscciwrapper32.exe process appears in task manager.

I already created a new collection in TFS, new team projects, killed msscciwrapper32.exe process, reinstalled QV 11, reinstalled MSSCCI Provider, reinstalled 2010 team explorer and I just can't get it to work again. I can see TFS and projects correctly in the team explorer, but the connection through QV won't work.

Are you sure that you are using the 32 bits TFS MSSCCI provider? There are both 32 bits and 64 bits, but only the 32 bits is supported by QlikView.
