NPrinting installation!!

Hi All,

Can any one suggest to setup N Printing on server which setup i do require

1- Qlikview_NPrinting_Designer

2- Qlikview_NPrinting_Server

these are the available setup on qlik Partner portal,

Kindly suggest Do i require to install NPrinting Server and Designer both?

in order to use npriting you need both

nprinting designer -

is the tool where you do all the reporting work

designing the reports,

decide the recipient for each report

schedule the report distribution

nprinting server :

is the tool that incharge, of the automation of the work you did in the designer

the most common architecture we use is:

- the designer is installed, on the dev server , where you need qlikview desktop and office for designing the reports

-the server is installed on the prod server where you need only qlikview desktop,no need for office(important fo it pepole)

Hi thanks Liron,

Could you please help me in this, i want to send five reports in PDF format.

so for that do i need any other software to send Reports in PDF format?

in nprinting you can create and design the reports

in excel , word, power point or pixel perfect and distribute them as pdf

you don't need any other software as the pdf creator is part of nprinting
