Total in Pivot Table

Hi Folks,

I am having huge data in pivot table.I want to show total for the data

For Example:-

I am having Dimensions:- Capability, Business Type

I am having Metrics :- Asset

I want to display Total sum of Asset at Bottom of Pivot table.

In Straight Table we can see Total and Scroll bar at the same time.

In Pivot table also I want to see Total and Scroll bar at the same time How can we do this

Please Find the attached docs for more details. Could you please help me in resolving this Issue

I would first check the presentation tab and check the Partial some for the Dimension/expression where you would like to see totals

Yeah I have done with that step. I have check partial sum for Dimension/Expression but it showing at complete bottom of the pivot table until we scroll down the bar till end. Actually i want to show scroll bar and Total at same time

Go to Style and check "Indent Mode"

Have you done it for each dimension/expression? It is not an option that applies to all if it is checked - have to do it for each dimension/expression individually

Hi Adam We cant do Partial Sum for Expression. I have Checked Partial sum for both dimensions but I unable to get Total

I just reloaded your data and set partial sum and get totals the way you are expecting. I will save the app and send it back

Partial sum is checked for all 3 (2 dimensions and 1 expression)

I received your email that you did receive my qvw with subotals but it was not what you are looking for. My udnerstanding was you are looking for reaks at the capacity level by business types? - see attachment - if that is not the case, if you can mock up a sample of the pivot and what you are trying to achieve, I would be happy to see if I could assist further
