Access SBE server from outside domain

Hi,

I have Qlikview SBE server version 11.20 running on Windows Server 2012 R2 with domain. I can access the access point and lease license to Qlikview Desktop without problem on computer that on the same domain with the server.

However, when i try to access the Access point from computer that does not join the domain ( still using workgroup ), I can open the access point page but it keep asking User name and Password. I have try using my domain account ( Domain\Username ) and password but it doesn't work ( this user name and password work on computer that on domain ).

Also when i try to lease license on the same computer using : qvp://Domain\Username@192.168.0.5

It shows Error :

Failed to reach server : 192.168.0.5

Switching to HTTP tunneling

Connected to server OK, Negotiations Timed Out

I have open the port 4747 and 4774 on the server.

Is there anything wrong with my setting? Thanks
