Hi Experts, i have a 11.01 version of server and i want to update to 11.20 SR12, what file and folder i have to back up and save?

I can update the server or i have to unistall and the install the 11.20 SR12?

Did you upgraded the software?

Any issues you faced during this upgrade, we are planning to upgrade software now to SR12.

I upgrade the server i didnt have any problem, works fine and ok

what version do you have and what you will upgrade

Any idea about QV SAP Connector upgrade? Is QvSAPOLAPConnector.dll 5.80 SR2 compatible with QV 11.20 SR12?
