only one user seeing previous month selections data instead of current selections? please urgent help

Hi,

one of my user seeing data as previous month selections in access point even though changing selections in qvw. this is happening only with one user name. when I am checking at front end in QV server the qvw is perfectly working.

could anyone suggest what is the reason of only one user seeing data like this?

does the applciation ahve any section access, triggers or using the OSuser or QV user functions?

also try clearing out cache in web browser. Is this user on same version as other users? Is this user opening with a different option than other users such as IE Plugin, full Browser, etc?

no section access. triggers are there added to variables. but the same triggers working fine for other users.

what happens if user logs into a physically different machine - same issue or does it work correctly - that should limit issue to either workstattion/browser/environment or user related

when I tried in my machine with user logins I can see the same first but when I clear selections and make selections again working fine.

is there any problem with user account?

it sounds more user related than environment from what you jsut said

I would still recommend the person with the issue logging into a different machine and see what happens - that would confirm user related issue

It could be a saved document state.

You can clear it in AccessPoint, below the document should be a view details link, click on it and click on Remove last document state in the bubble

last document state should only bring the user back to the last screen/selection criteria they had made - the idea is you pick up where you left off. Clearing all selections once they go back in should allow them to see everything.

user did so many times removing last document state .but still have same issue. user have same cal like other users. is there any more do I need to investigate. please help!

EDIT: User checked in other system. same happens can not able to see current selections data.

EDIT: I have observed in QV server the qvw is going to default selections even though when I clear and save the qvw again it is going back to earlier selections. Is this causing problem?

If this is still an issue, I would recommend placing a case with QV support. The issue sounds user-based since nobody else has the issue and if they log onto other machines, they encounter the same issue
