Facing an issue with the alternate state concept .

On a single sheet i want 2 different sections wherein changes in 1 section should not affect the other part. So, the only way i know for that is to use alternate states BUT problem here is that both the sections have to be linked to Master Calender so if we would provide alternate state concept then how both the sections can work together with Master Calender selections.

Wanted a solution to this problem

and is there any other thing that we may use apart from the alternate state concept.

Thank you

Yes. You can achieve it with variables and other objects.

provide some dummy data.

You could keep the master calendar in the default state and use Select in Field actions assigned to the field triggers of the master calendar fields to apply the selections in the master calendar fields to the alternate states.
