      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well they wont link to the calendar unless you convert them a date, but you would have to decide what date to use for them. If they should be linked and what dates to use is a business decision as much as a technical one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they should be linked to the calendar, then make sure that they are converted to a date on your calendar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
