topic groups in QlikView

Hi Experts,

I have 5 groups g1,g2,g3,g4,g5 and one list box is there if one user login then he can able to see g1 and another user login can able to g2 like that how to approch this using alternate states?

Prabhas,

Alternate states are used for comparative analysis.

As per my understanding this restriction can be implemented using section access.

Please share the full scenario with sample data what you want to achive?

I have 3 groups called ET,NEWSTV, BHAKTI TV and one list box is there called channel in this channel listbox the data like ndtv,bbc like that.. How to get with comparative analyasis...

if one user login then he can able to ET group only and another user login then he can able to see newstv only
