Totals based on another dimension problem

Hi,

I am creating a report that tracks our sales people KPI's and I am having trouble with the calculation of the New Customers and Customers Served.

We get New Customers and Total Customers from a different spreadsheet which is at a Store Number level and I want to give each Sales Person the total for that Store Number. e.g. if there are 27 new customers and 48 customers served for a customer and 2 sales people, they would both have 27 new customers and 48 customers served. SEE BELOW.

I used the formula sum(total <[Store Number]> NewCustomers) which works at a sales person level but the total for each Area Manager only shows the total of all Area Managers not just the total for that Area Manager. SEE IMAGE.

Can someone help modify this code.
