If you want to learn macros then should you start with vba: https://www.google.de/search?q=learning+vba and if you then feel comfortable with this you could extend it with the links from arulsettu and kSindhuKannan.

But for developing qlikview you don't need often macros and should avoid them if possible (and this is quite often), see: Macros are Bad. I suggest you start with QlikView 11 for Developers and extend this then with other books: Books and literature.
