Hi Guys,

if user clicks clear button it should not clear the default selection. in my report region india is default selection for any navigation inside that sheet india should be selected by default .if he click clear all button it should not clear india .lock will not work because other region when he select then india should get clear and coresponding region should get selected

if it is in the list box try this

listbox properties->always one selected value

Hi,

On the clear all button you can add a Select in Field action after the clear all. Using this Select in field action you can set the value for Region as India. So whenever, the button is clicked all selections would be cleared and Region will be set to the default value.

In the Clear button - set Actions:

Clear All
- add
Select in Field (Field = Country, Search String = 'India')

how to set action in clear all button, you mean to say need to create manual clear all button ?
