Qlikview documents not loading automaticly

Hi Guys,

we have qv 11.20 12904.0 sr12 installed.

since we installed this we have the problem that our documents arent outo updating.

when we do a manual updates it works.

our server is in the domain an qv is running with a local admin account ( and is also in local admin group)

Hi sdy,

the first thing to check is that your QV Service account actually has access to the DATA Sources etc.

Hi Thanks for the fast reply.

i just checked and the program dir and data dir have full right for the qlikview admin service.
