Hi Community,

I want to create trigger so that when the application is opened, the current month (with year) is selected by default.

I am trying to create action at below location, but it is filtering the data.

Doc Triggers - An open - Select in Field.

Can anyone help me on it.

you are on the right way.

select in field:

set to your field (datefield) or fields (if you have year and montdate)

set to today()

e.g. if you have datefield like YYYYMM

set field yourdatefield with value: date(today(),'YYYYMM')

e.g if you have separate fields

ser field to yearfield with value: year(today()), same for month
