Show PopUp Label in qlikview Server

Hello ,

I have a line chart like below :

I want to show popup in my chart.

On expression I check option "Text as popup".

On Presentation I check option "popup Labels".

When i publish this document on qlikview server, popup doesn't work

can any one help me?

Which client are you using? Ajax or IE Plugin?

Which version and SR are you using.

There was a bug preventing popups in 11.2 SR7. The bug was fixed in SR10.

where can i see client?

my version is 11.2 SR8.

The bug exists in SR8. Can the server be upgraded to SR10 or later?

i don't know , whether i upgrade to SR10,

you say that ,if i upgrade to SR10 my problem is solve ,

but if i can't Upgrade to SR10, i have this problem.

Hi,

If you look at the 11.20 SR12 server reference manual section 3 will give you information of upgrading.

my qlikview version is 11.2 SR10, but i can not see popup label when i publish my document on server.

i use ZoomToFit extension in my QV file, when i active this extension ,popup label don't show but when i deactive extension it is work fine.

i need both of them; extension and popup.

what can i do ?

Looks like the problem is with the Zoom to Fit extension, not QlikView.

I suggest you contact the developer of the extension.
