Qlikview Distribution Service not starting

Hi Guys,

I m not able to to start QDS Service, its giving an error that unexpectedly terminated when I try to start the service.

Please its very much urgent.

Ensure .NET is installed and patched as need be
Ensure that the QlikView service account is a member of the local administrators group and the QlikView administrators group
Ensure that the service account has full control over C:\Program Files\QlikView & C:\ProgramData\QlikTech
Rename C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService to C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService-old and try to start the service then
Rebuild performance counters (run cmd as admin then lodctr /r)

Those typically address this issue.
