Hello,

I have a doubt that:

While sending the excel report to recipient, i want to write in mail body that:

Hello %%FullName%%,

Please find attached report for date: %%RecipientVariable_SalesDemo_vDate%%

1: How is these 2 variables: %%FullName%% and %%RecipientVariable_SalesDemo_vDate%% created ?

2: Also , if i have 5 recipients then will for each recipient, will %%FullName%% take the correct name or will it takes all the 5 names ?

I have gone thru vizubi community but didn't get these answers.

this are two different variables

%%FullName%% is local nprinting variable and takes the value from the nprinting recipient Full Name Field

%%RecipientVariable_SalesDemo_vDate%% is qlikview document variable and for each recipient according to his filters , nprinting will determine the variable value

nprinting will fill the message with the different variables values for each recipient

this is what it was created for

Hey,

Thanks for the reply, so should i assume that:

1: %%FullName%% gets automatically created once i do the entry for each recipient full name field?

2: A nprinting variable named as "%%RecipientVariable_SalesDemo_qlikviewvariable%%" gets automatically created for each qlikview variable ?

I have a question that while making task when we go to Message option then, in that if we don't check the

Add CC/BCC then the mail will not go to CC and BCC default id's ryt ?

yes ,

if you don't check the add cc and bcc checkbox

nprinting will only send cc and bcc for addresses specified for the recipient
