Hi,

I have to create a new message and upload my qvd file . FYI.

I have data in current month, but want to display data for prior month at same table...

Use the last month expression as below

sum({$<Year=,Month=,Date={'>=$(=monthstart(max(Date),-1))'}>}Stock)

Hi,

Your expression looks correct. You are not getting previous month values because you don't have data for that.

I have created a data island out of the transaction data and on selection of a month on the island the formulas will compute the sum for selected month and pervious month.

Hi,

Last Month may not be the prior squence month, for example, currently it is July, 2015, our status is like ' the last month is March, 2015', since our business data is not existed in every month, it is empty in some of month. This is our case.

I have made changes to the model and this takes the month in order of in which stock is available and shows the current month and previous month

Check the new Chart called "New"

if you open the qlikview file

it is on the CM_LM Sheet
