Help with Service Now Connection

Hi People!

I'm stuck trying to extract data from service now, I'm using an HTML link but for some reason it is only pulling through the first 20 records. Has anyone had this problem before ? how did you manage to fix it ?

Are you loading directly from HTML page or qvsourse?

Hi,

This is pretty clear and should work without any hasle.

What version of Qlik you use.

Can you try the same by upgrading to latest version?

Hi Ashfaq,

I'm not sure where I'm going wrong I'm using 11.20, when I open the link in my browser it is showing 20 records out of 150, so im wondering if that is the issue somehow it is restricting it .
