Dear All,

Without QlikView Publisher, Whether possible for me to schedule & establish the connection profiles & refresh my qvd with updated data periodically. Please provide me real time scenarios.

Yes, you can do that without Publisher, although the scheduling possibilities are rather limited (for example once a day/week/... at a single fixed time, or every x minutes). Publisher offers ultimate flexiblility in defining complex schedules with interaction between tasks, external events, Supporting tasks etc. Well worth the investment.

I don't know what you mean by "real time-scenario's". QlikView is NOT a real-time operational monitoring tool.

You can schedule tasks using batch files & windows scheduler. But one will not get benefits of features & flexibility offer by QV Publisher.
