The value for this should be the max month. So you would have something like:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; =Max(Month)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
