Problem launching application in mobile.

Hi,

I am working on launching an application in mobile. I have installed requried .jar files of version (5.0.1014) in to the mobile device.

In the Qlikview server configuration I set DMS authorization and tried to open the application from mobile, but it fails to launch the application and it show the error message as : "Access denied .The server(QVS) has no user cal for your account .Please contact Your System Administrator"

But when checked in the server it has User cal in the account.

If I use NTFS authentication, it shows "No Documents Found" Message.

Any one can help me in where I am doing wrong in configuring Qlikview server to launch application through mobile.

It would be good if there is any step by step process document for mobile access.
