Field 'Help Text'

I seem to recall reading somewhere you can add descriptive text to a field so that when a user hovers over it on the dashboard, the text is displayed. I can't find an example anywhere which makes me think it is so obvious I am missing it.

I thought it might e 'LOAD' statement but can't find it in the help.

Can anybody advise?

On an object like a Chart you can, on the Caption tab, bottom right, enter Help Text. This puts a ? on the Caption and one can hover over it to see the Help Text.

you may have heard of metadata

in script you can define like

Comment Field Year with 'Calendar';

when you hover over field Year you get comment
