Ticket authentication giving error

Hello,

I'm trying to login to one of our qlikview apps using ticketing. I'm able to retrieve a ticket but then when I try to access using that ticket I get a pop up of "No Connection" error. When I look at my log files I see that it says "Create client: No User" and "Warning Failed to get client: host not found". I'm not sure what this error means. Can you please help?

P.S. This is happening in our Dev environment recently but it was working fine before. In our production environment it's still working fine.

Hello,

I’ve just installed a new Qlikview server (server 2008 R2) with version 11.20 SR3.

We access the QVWs from another portal for single sign-on, with the GetTicket method, working flawlessly on the previous server 11.0 SR1 (server 2003), but now on the new server we are getting a pop-up saying “No connection”, and in log files I see this entries:

Hi - Did you gert any resolution for this issue? I'm facing the same right now and if there's any answer for this, I would greatly apprciate it. Thanks in advance.

Me too. We're setting up a new QVWS that's separate from our QVS on separate subnets. We've opened all ports from 4700 to 4799, just to make sure we haven't missed anything connectivity-wise.

Did you find a solution?
