Hi All

I was able to successfully deploy my dashboard into Qlikview Server and then i was able to see my dashboard into Access Point, and i also got the URL , now when i click to the URL it will take me to the Access Point where upon i can select my dashboard and view it .

And then i gave the link to my Colligue when he cliked on the URl it took him to the Access Poin and when he tried to View the dashboard it is not opening and is giving the error message

PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHMENT OF THE ERROR MESSAGE

Hi,

Assign him doc cal through QMC->Documents->Select Document->Document Cal ->Add-> Add User

Hi max

I did followed you steps and under user there is a search tab in which i searched the name and the name appeared but where do i need to add him ? there is no option , but on right hand side i have something like apply , i clicked on it but to no changes ? Can u please clarify what exactly i need to do

Hi,

Are you under Document tab or User Tab???

Go to Documents Tab of QMC

there select Document and follow below steps

In Document Cal->Window ->you can see Assigned User -> there in left hand side you see->Managed User ->Click On it->then you get new window->which allows you to add user to that QVW.

Hi Shiva I Followed the steps But After Adding The User And When i apply it is giving an error like too many calls assigned what i do now ?

Thanks Max i got it by mistake i added another user , when i try to delete it , its giving me the arrow mark which says restore . After clicking on the cross mark the user is still showing there ? how do we delete it ?

Hi,

If you dont login with that user id on Access Point then Just Remove it Apply.

If you login with that user id and access that QVW then Remove but for complete remove you have to wait for 24 hours.

u have increase number of cals to that document,there are two cases here..u are not assigned any cals to that document or u are gving access to that docuemnt more users then whatevr the cals u assigned that docuemnt.
