can any one let me know what is incremental load and and is there any code specifically for incremental load?

Incremental load is, as it sounds, incrementally loading only the data which has changed or updated (added or removed) in the database instead of reloading all the data every time you reload your application. The benefit is that the reload is much more quicker because you are only loading incremental stuff and not touching the stuff which has not changed since your last reload. I will post links in my next response for places where you can find more information about how it can be coded.

Incremental load is when you have data by a period. It can be daily, Monthly or other. There is not an especific code for this. You can take a historical qvd and concatenate in this an actual qvd. With this you do not have to load all the history ech time you reload.
