Drill down step Missing problem

Hi Guru's

i have 7 Fields like below .and i created drill-down group in same order

1.Year ->2.Region->3.Health authority->4.GXP Area->5.Site Type->6.Site->7.Phase

expression:count(inspections)

if i click on year=2013 its drilling down to Region

if i click on Region=Americas its drilling down to Health Authority

if i click on Health Authority=PPL its drilling down and jumping to Phase(last step)

Problem: Jumping these steps: 4.GXP Area->5.Site Type->6.Site

4.GXP Area->5.Site Type->6.Site ,these steps data is not showing.

please find the sample data

Health Authority=PPL only contains a single Site Type=Manufacturer, and so for a drill down QlikView skips it.

can you please suggest me is there any possibility to display all 7 levels without fail?
