Thumbnail preview does not display correct in accesspoint

Hi All,

We are facing one issue with one of the dashboard thumbnail preview in access point is not displaying properly.

We are using windows scheduler to reload the dashboards.

When I reload the dashboard manually which is published in access point, the preview(thumbnail) is displaying properly when I check it by logging through the access point.

But when I reload the same dashboard by using windows scheduler the preview in access point is not displaying properly.It's displaying like grayed out.

The preview setting in the dashboard under document properties as -Opening-Document Thumbnail-

Opening Sheet.

Appreciate your help on the same!!

How do you do the reload scheduled by windows scheduler? Using and EDX trigger?

Hi swuehl,

we are using batch file. Batch files are getting triggered by windows scheduler.we are not using EDX trigger
