Limiting records in a pivot table based on condition

Hi All,

I have a pivot table with 100 records, I want to display only 25 records in the chart, Based on the button click it should show next 25 records and so on.I should have 4 buttons to display each set of 25 records.How to do this?

Hi Jagan,

I think this approach will work for displaying static number of records i.e In this case i would like to display 25 records in each page.

But in pivot table,If I want to display first 5 records in one page,10 records in second page and 20 records in third page,

will this approach work?? correct me if I'm wrong.
